A landmark project located in Jebel Ali Free Zone along the Sh. Zayed Road, this distinguished facility reaches a height of 24 mtrs with a total built up area of 12,000 sqmtr on a plot area of 33,000 sqmtr. The contract was awarded to Agnice on a fast track basis and the entire duration of design, construction and hand over was completed in 10 months. Storage within the warehouse is based on a Verry Narrow Aile (VNA) racking system stretching up to a height of over 14 mtrs. Given the time sensitivity of the project, Agnice implemented Laser Screed Technology during the construction. Laser screed technology is an innovative concrete slab technology which is comparatively quicker , high strength, ultra durable and safer than conventional reinforcement.
