Shimadzu Corporate HQ and Scientific Hub

Agnice successfully delivered the corporate headquarters and scientific hub for Shimadzu at Jebel Ali Free Zone. The project comprises a G warehouse with M office space integrating offices, warehouse facilities, R&D laboratories, clean rooms and a specialized X-ray room with non-radiating enclosures.

Built as a high-precision facility for the calibration of sensitive medical equipment it also features dedicated exhaust systems, fire-rated chemical storage rooms and controlled cleanroom environments.

This landmark development reinforces Shimadzu’s position as a leader in scientific innovation, providing a world-class base for research, development and operations in the region.
